RETURN POLICY

You have 14 days upon package delivery date/pick up date to exchange your item or obtain store credit. Store credit does not expire. Item(s) warranted for store credit/exchange must be unworn and in original condition with original receipt present/included upon return.

ALL SALE ITEMS, PROMOTIONAL SALE ITEMS, MARKDOWNS, SWIMWEAR, BODYSUITS, AND UNDERGARMENTS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

IF AN ITEM GOES ON SALE AFTER YOU PURCHASED IT FOR FULL PRICE, WE WILL NOT PRICE ADJUST.

 

HelloGeisha is not responsible for lost/stolen packages when attempted to ship returns back to us, nor can we return any shipping costs. HelloGeisha associates have the right to reject any returns upon their discretion.

 

 

RETURNING A PACKAGE

1. Read the returns & exchanges policy prior to sending packages back

2. Place item(s) in a securely sealed shipping container with your shipping label securely attached to your parcel.

4. Ship to the address:

 5. Find a local USPS to drop package off. We always suggest you get a receipt upon shipping from a USPS representative who is scanning the parcel(s).

6. We will email/text you when we receive your package and process your return/exchange/store credit.

7. Please allow 2-3 business days for your exchange/store credit to be processed once it is received.
